The Walking Dead

Hurrah hurrah for this is a zombie apocalypse to remember.

If you havn't seen the walking dead ill sum it up for you.

Cop wakes up from coma in a hospital and its infested with zombos (duh.) he escapes and walks around a bit still unsure as to why so many dead people are out and about. He runs into two survivors and then makes off deep into the city to try to find his wife and son.

Im making this seem so much dumber than it actually is whereas it is actually one of the more serious things on TV

I wont go any further as this is where spoilers come in thick and fast (this thing has more spoilers than snape kills Dumbledore.)

Anyway if you have seen it you probably saw season one last year and enjoyed it for its character development, emotional story line and the fact that its zombies. Now becuase its being all american and gay the second season has just ended in america but not been aired in the uk yet.

So jam what the fuck are you doing? making us buy shit?

Hold onto your buts kids becuase this is where it gets looking forwardy. Season 2 comes out on DVD/Blueray on August 27th

Now that does seem like a long way away but you can watch the first season (about mid way through watch it all somewhere else) on 5* i think or one of the later channels.

I would strongly recomend watching this but also if you have the money (and a pair of eyes) buy the books and read them. Its a very different storyline than the TV series and is in my opinion a very good graphic novel. THATS RIGHT BITCHES I SAID GRAPHIC NOVEL READINGS FOR FAGS LOOKING IS WHERE IT IS AAAAT.

So yeah watch the first series on Tv or online somewhere.

Second series is on online but the quality is shite and its so much better watching it in a dark room alone (trust me)

Dayum... with this kinda attitude they should be paying me to advertise this...

BTW: if anyone happens to see season 2 between now and august 27th and tells me about it? I will come after you. I will find you and I will hurt you. I will do bad things to you which you will never forget. I will let loose a rabid blackshish666 on you...

In the end they return the mask to the shrine ending the zombie plague but Seth steals it again Big Grin

Thanks for recomending this!

It was great! Big Grin

I had to watch it on the iplayer (or 5 equivalent) because I was at a friend's party... Dodgy

wish I stayed at home...

Anyway I was creeped out when they had to hide under the cars.

Still it was great, and I agree with Noak about the car thing! Big Grin

I have to say it was a lot longer than i expected although loved it all.

There was an awful lot of talking however this will develop more and more.

The end was pretty unexpected as well...

The only problem was that after reading these moments in the book when they started saying 'herd' i turned my nerd mode on because THEY LEARN ABOUT HERDS AFTER FOR FUCKING EVER BECAUSE OF A GENIUS DUDE NOT SOME SHITTY LINGO!!!!

GAWSH!

Looking forward to seeing Hershel farm however i feel like they made him seem WAY too old, he does remind me of clint eastwood from 'Gran Torrino' though.

I only have one question...

Why was it sponsored by Resident Evil 6?
Resident Evil has nothing to do with Zombies....

If it was a documentary on the KKK I could understand.

I wanted to ask, how long is it since the first infection?

Most of the bodies/ Zombies had rotted away to nothing... which implies that it was a long time ago...

Well ep 2 was a mutch slower pace, although I enjoyed that (to confirm) Has everyone seen it?
Locked, cocked and ready to roll.

No one wins, one side just loses slower than the other.
