I've heard of Queens of the stone ae before, but I can't think for the life of me where I heard them.

I was never a fan of Christmas songs but its Voltaire so its good.

Time for some crazy(ish) stuff

Captain Beefheart And His Magic Band: Ella Guru
Its... different. You have to listen to it to get it though, its just kinda cuh-razy.

Normal stuff now

Pixies: Mr. Grieves
Nice alternative-surf rock band, I'd recommend it.

Ben Caplan: Down To The River
Another great folky guy who sounds very slightly like Voltaire. I saw him live the other week and it was amazing, hes such a great entertainer.

I only realized today that GY!BE had a song in 28 days later
GY!BE: East Hastings

Animal collective: Untitled
Drone heavy early work
Animal collective: Fireworks
Kinda poppy psychedelic late work

American football: Never meant
great math rock band with some pretty sad lyrics

Brand new: Sowing season
Emo rock band with some depressing as high hell lyrics

Flying lotus: Putty boy strut
Jazz hop group (amazing video as well)

Parov Stelar: The mojo radio gang
Another electroswing band (the video reminds me of belleville rendezvous)

Té: It must be called "Intelligence" if people stop when they realize they are not able to become what they are wishing to be
Japanese post rock band who are a bitch to find and lag Itunes to hell due to their long album/track names and the fact that they are in Japanese.

Big Grin
God when I first got Devil and god I listened to it WAY too much in the first week and got about 160 scobbles of it. But that was a long while ago so I can still enjoy it now

My favourite from that album was The Archers Bows have Broken, but my favourite of theirs overall was the no seatbelt song on Your Favourite Weapon.

So far my favourite is just Devil and God. I do have Your Favourite Weapon but I'm going through my music collection to clear my backlog so it might be a while before I hear it.
