Hmm... I would suggest on L4D1/2?

L4D1 would be easier

Also only headshots count?

10 seconds to get as much head as you can would work...

How about headshots = more points?

Like 5 points for limb shot 2 points for a torso and something like 10 points for a headshot. And perhaps not a time limit, but a time trial instead? So the fastest time earns you more points?
